What types of E-Bikes do you offer?

We offer Class 3 Electric Bikes from Ride1Up and Monday Motorbikes. Ride1Up models include the Cafe’ Cruiser ST & XR and the 700 Series ST & XR. Monday Motorbikes models include the Anza 750 S and the Torrey 750 S. Pictures and descriptions of the different models are available on the E-Bike Rental Page of our website.

How do I book a rental?

We have a very simple online booking process. You simply choose your E-Bike, the date and time and provide your preferred delivery address. The day of your rental you will receive a text when we are on our way. If you have any questions about the rental process, feel free to give us a call at (904)-679-6204 and we will be happy to answer any questions.

What is included in my rental?

An E-Bike of your choice with free delivery and pick up. A Sena Mesh Technology Helmet so riders may talk with each other, listen to music or follow GPS. E-Bike accessories include a rear view mirror, phone mount, water bottle holder, headlight/tail light and FoldyLock. Overnight and multi-day customers are provided with a charger for their E-Bike and a charger for the helmet.

Do I need a driver's license to rent an E-Bike?

By law you do not need a valid drivers license to operate an E-Bike. However, valid ID is necessary to rent an E-Bike to verify identity and age.

What is the minimum age to rent an E-Bike?

Due to insurance regulations, the minimum age of riders is 16 years old. An adult signature is required on the waiver for any riders under the age of 18.

How much does it cost to rent an E-Bike?

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things happen. You will receive a 100% refund for Cancellations up to the day of your reservation. We encourage you to book in advance.

What should I do if I have a mechanical issue while riding?

If something happens while you are riding you should text or call us immediately. Sometimes things just need a little more explanation or just turning the bike on and off resets any issues. Should you have a flat or something that can not be resolved over the phone we will bring you a new bike immediately to where ever you are so you can continue on your journey. Any down time will be added to your rental. You can rest assured we prioritize stranded riders and will come and resolve any issues immediately.

Can you ride on the beach?

Yes, riding on the beach is a blast! The best time to ride on the beach is 3 hours on either side of low tide. You must obey posted speed limits and stay 15 feet from pedestrians, sunbathers, etc… You can find daily low tide information here at US Harbors.

How many miles can your E-Bikes go on one charge?

Our E-Bikes offer Pedal Assist and Throttle. All E-Bikes in our fleet can go up to 50 miles on a single charge with proper battery management. We go over how to use the E-Bikes and proper battery management at the start of your rental so you can get the most out of your adventures.

How fast can your E-Bikes go?

Our E-Bikes are Class 3 E-Bikes which can reach speeds in excess of 28 miles per hour. Most customers find a very comfortable ride in Peddle Assist 1 or 2 which gives you a nice cadence of between 5 to 15 mph.
