This kit is designed to secure the wheels and protect them from theft - For “Quick Release axle” replacement. This kit contains 2 standard-length axle bolts (and a socket) and is designated to replace the Quick Release Axles. The quick-release mechanism, which comes standard in most bicycles today, is insecure and rarely used. Replacing this redundant mechanism, with X Lock Axle bolts, will guarantee wheels protection forever.
